  2. Cert serial cross-references unit serial.
  3. Calibration data archived 7 years at EK factory for audit.

4. Customs Documentation

  • Commercial invoice with HS code 9030.39.
  • Packing list with serial range.
  • Certificate of Origin (CO) on request.
  • CE Declaration of Conformity for EU shipments.
  • RoHS compliance statement.

5. After-Sales Network

Regional repair centre coverage: Shenzhen, Jakarta, Dubai. Spare parts stocked ex-factory; replacement test leads stocked at regional centres. Repair turnaround 5 days at any centre.
