Step 1: Spec Freeze

• List required functions, ranges, accuracies, CAT ratings.

Step 2: Sample Evaluation (30 days)

EK ships 2 - 3 sample units free of charge. End-user team runs them on representative measurement tasks; documented variance vs current reference. Sign-off required before bulk PO.

Step 3: Contract

1. Confirmed unit price (volume break).
2. Confirmed lead time (typically 4 - 6 weeks for 100 - 500 units).
3. Inco-terms (typically FOB Shenzhen or DAP destination).
4. Payment terms (typically T/T 30 % deposit, 70 % before shipment, or L/C).
5. Calibration cert format and language.

Step 4: Production and Pre-Shipment Inspection

EK QC team performs 100 % final test. Customer-nominated third-party inspector welcome at the customer's expense. Inspection report shared 5 days before shipment.

Step 5: Shipment and Customs

• Commercial invoice with HS code 9030.39.
• Packing list with serial range.
• Certificate of Origin on request.
• CE / FCC / RoHS as required by destination.

Step 6: After-Sales Activation

EK assigns regional service contact for the fleet. Repair turnaround 5 days. Calibration support at regional partner labs. Spare parts stocked 7+ years.
