EK Instruments EK-A187 is a professional wearable proximity alarm. Designed for industrial electrical measurement and field testing. Built with precision engineering and reliable components for long-term stability.

The alarm is worn on the upper arm of the outermost overalls of the working personnel, and the front of the alarm is facing the outside.

Product Function

After the operator wear the alarm, when proximity the high-voltage live conductor at a certain distance, the alarm will sound an audible & visual alarm based on the corresponding safety distance according to the voltage level, reminding the electrical workers to pay attention to safety and avoid high-voltage electric shock accidents. This product can also be used for line fault detection and electroscope.

Higher voltage levels not described in the corresponding models in the table can generate alarms at a certain distance, but the actual alarm distance error will be larger.
